Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of lifetimelabs.dev and the tools hosted on it, including Paper and PrivacyNotes (the "Services"), provided by Lifetime Labs LLC ("we", "us").

Using our tools

You may use the free tier of our web tools for any lawful purpose. The Services run on your own device; you are responsible for the files you process and for making your own backups.

Paid licenses

Paid tiers (for example, Paper Pro) are sold as one-time licenses. A license unlocks the features described at the point of sale for the lifetime of the product. There is no recurring fee. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.

A license is personal to you and may not be resold. We may revoke a license if it is obtained fraudulently or used to breach these terms.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on paid licenses. Contact us with your order number and we'll process it.

No warranty

The Services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees of fitness for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for data loss. Because our tools run locally on your device, we can't recover or reconstruct any file you process.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
